The complex is recommended for use in cases of intestinal dysbiosis caused by taking antibiotics, medications, stress, unbalanced nutrition, food poisoning, and intestinal infections.

All probiotic organisms are grown in a dairy-free medium and are indicated for people with lactose intolerance. 

The synbiotic combines the synergistic work of probiotics – live lacto-, bifido- and propionic bacteria and prebiotics – substances of non-bacterial origin that create a nutrient medium for living probiotic bacteria. Probiotics and prebiotics – compensate for the lack of essential microorganisms, promote their growth and reproduction in the intestines.

Bifidobacterium bifidum accelerates the digestion of proteins and fats, and stimulates intestinal motility. Lactobacillus plantarum has antimicrobial activity against Esherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphilococcus. Propionibacterium freudenreichii normalizes the natural synthesis of essential B vitamins.

New generation metabiotics in the complex control the activity of bacteria and provide the body with ready-made metabolically active substances that are normally synthesized by the microbiota of a healthy person. The lysates of probiotic bacteria included in the composition are obtained from microorganisms by splitting a living bacterial cell into fragments.

As additional prebiotic components, Probioful contains inulin, gum arabic and Metaful complex concentrate.

The consortium of probiotic microorganisms “Probioful” is represented by the following types of bifido, lacto, and propionic acid bacteria:

– Lactobacillus plantarum

– Propionibacterium freudenreichii

These types of microorganisms have antagonistic activity to various types of pathogenic microorganisms, resistance to broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs, digestive enzymes and bile.

Bifidobacterium bifidum strain AC-1579 produces acetic and lactic acid without gas formation. Can be used as a starting culture for the preparation of bifido-containing preparations. The genetic feature of the strain is resistance to antibiotics. The strain is resistant to monomycin, kanamycin, gentamicin, streptomycin. Shows antagonistic activity against Shigella Zone, Flexner, and enteropathogenic Escherichia coli.

Lactobacillus plantarum B-2353 is a producer of lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, and B vitamins.

The strain has high antimicrobial activity against Esherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Dfcillus megagaterum, Staphilococcus aureus and pronounced resistance to antibiotic, chemotherapeutic and antiseptic drugs. Grows on plant materials and milk. When 2% of the strain culture is added, milk fermentation occurs from the bottom, maximum acid formation reaches 120ºT.

 

Propionibacterium freudenreichii B-9653 was isolated from Swiss cheese. Probiotic used to protect food and agricultural products from microbial spoilage. Producer of acetic and propionic acids, vitamin B12.

Why:
